The following policies apply to services. If you have questions, please reach out, prior to scheduling your session.
Cancellation policy
Full payment is required for the following conditions.
Less than 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
No show or missed appointment.
Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment.
Pre-paid sessions expire after 90-days. Please be sure to schedule any paid sessions within this time frame. Any unused credits will be forfeited following 90-days.
If you request a cancelation, or self-cancel your appointment, you will be issued a credit on your account that is good for the service you purchased. You will be able to self-schedule your replacement appointment online for up to 6-months following original purchase date. Service credits expire 6-months from purchase date, and do not roll over.Â
Cancellation policy for travel trips.
Due to the many costs associated with accommodating traveling services, the following policy is strictly enforced:
Any session or service that is scheduled to take place during a travel trip is non-refundable.
There are no refunds for any session or service that is scheduled for, on, or during a travel trip, regardless of when it was scheduled.
The 24-hour cancellation policy is not applicable to sessions or services that are scheduled for, on, or during travel dates.
If you self-cancel your session or service online, no refunds will be applied.
The exception is that you may self-reschedule, if there is another time showing available online, via the self-scheduling system.
